Last week, TARIM had the pleasure of hosting artists from France, Spain, and Italy for an intensive residency program. The residency focused on exploring the intersection of traditional and contemporary art practices. Artists engaged in collaborative workshops, shared their unique perspectives, and created new works inspired by their interactions. The energy and creativity generated during the week were truly inspiring, highlighting the power of art to transcend cultural boundaries.
The residency program included a series of masterclasses led by experienced artists in various disciplines. Participants had the opportunity to learn new techniques in painting, sculpture, and digital art. They also engaged in discussions about the role of art in society and the challenges facing artists today. The program fostered a supportive and collaborative environment, encouraging artists to experiment and push the boundaries of their creative practice.
The week culminated in an open studio event, where the public was invited to view the artworks created during the residency. Visitors had the opportunity to meet the artists, learn about their creative process, and engage in conversations about art and culture. The event was a resounding success, attracting a diverse audience and generating significant interest in TARIM’s work. We are grateful to all the artists who participated in the residency and to the community for their support.
